The Sky Condo Ottawa is a preconstruction development by Richcraft Group of Companies located at 845 Carling Avenue. This development will consist of a trio of towers just west of Preston Street. One of the buildings will be the tallest building in Ottawa at 55 storeys. The second tower at 45 storeys and the third tower going to be 18 storeys. Designed by Toronto architects Graziani and Corazza, the project will have a total of 1,120 units. There will also be ground floor commercial space and a large plaza that will be accessible to the public.
